Essential Functions:
The RN Informatics position assists in evaluating, recommending, implementing, and supporting clinical applications across the organization.
This position serves as a liaison between IT and all hospitals clinical areas; is able to comprehend a wide variety of clinical and system issues with varying degrees of technical complexity; has the ability to conceptualize and formulate more efficient methods to accomplish the goal, has strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service skills and the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language; has experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment, has keen attention to detail and proven analytical and problem solving abilities; collaborates with key constituents to develop standards to guide end users in the appropriate use of clinical applications while providing direct support and education as appropriate, and is highly self-motivated with a good understanding of the organization's mission and vision.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration Must have current Florida Nursing License Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Two years of clinical experience in an acute care facility required.
Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
