Summary:
The Assistant Registrar is responsible for providing administrative support to the Graduate Office.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
Responsible for the overall registration process each semester in accordance with university policy.
This includes registration set up, communication to students and changes to student registration.
Process admissions Maintaining student records Maintaining faculty records Generating reports Ability to assist Registrar in annual audits.
Support New Student Orientation by presenting academic regulations to students.
Work closely with the academic department to advise students and ensure students are registered appropriately.
Process graduation Understands the fundamentals of FERPA.
Providing customer service to students, faculty, and staff Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferred in a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:

years of experience in a higher education setting preferred.
Experience with student information systems and learning management systems Experience with academic transcripts Experience with graduation processing Salary:
Commensurate with experience ($17-22) Job Type:
